In May 2014, the Company executed a licensing agreement to market and sell the product "Nate's Homemade Pancake and Waffle Batter", which is unique in the market as the only batter delivered via an aerosol can. Our license agreement is exclusive throughout the world. The product is currently sold under the name "Nate's Homemade Pancake and Waffle Batter."
