The investment seeks to track the investment results of the MSCI EAFE Growth Index composed of developed market equities, excluding the U.S. and Canada, that exhibit growth characteristics. The fund generally invests at least 80% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The index is a subset of the MSCI EAFE Index. Constituents of the underlying index include securities of companies located in Europe, Australasia and the Far East.
