The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to invest in a combination of financial instruments that are economically linked to the tradeable metals widely used in the production of an electric vehicle (currently, iron ore, copper, aluminum, nickel and cobalt). Under normal circumstances, the fund invests, either directly or through a wholly-owned subsidiary (the “Subsidiary”), in Commodities Futures, Commodity-Linked Instruments, Commodity-Related Assets and Collateral. The fund is non-diversified.
