Company Profile for BMO Women in Leadership Fund ETF
The fund combines ESG investing with an active approach. It invests in US and Canadian companies that meet either or both gender criteria: (i) have at least 25% female board representation and (ii) have a female CEO. Eligible companies should be NYSE-, Nasdaq-, or TSX-listed, and must also meet investability and liquidity requirements. Although the fund is US- and Canada-focused, it may invest up to 10% in securities of other countries. In order to hedge risk and volatility, the fund may also use derivatives such as options, futures, forward contracts, and swaps, and may engage in short selling.
