Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of small-capitalization (small-cap) companies. Small-cap companies will generally include companies whose market capitalizations are equal to or less than the largest company in the Russell 2000® Index during the most recent 12-month period.
