Tisdale Clean Energy Corp., a junior exploration company, identifies, acquires, explores for, and evaluates mineral properties in North America. It holds a 100% interest in the Keefe Lake uranium project covering an area of approximately 15,400 hectares located on the eastern side of the Athabasca basin in northeastern Saskatchewan. The company was formerly known as Tisdale Resources Corp. and changed its name to Tisdale Clean Energy Corp. in June 2022. Tisdale Clean Energy Corp. was incorporated in 1972 and is based in Vancouver, Canada.
