The fund seeks to provide investment results that (before fees and expenses) correspond generally to the total return performance of the Nasdaq Sprott Silver Miners™ Index (NSLVR™) by investing at least 80% of its total assets in securities of NSLVR™. The Index is designed to track the performance of a selection of securities in the silver industry, including silver producers, developers and explorers, and physical silver.
