The fund seeks to buy and hold substantially all of its assets in pure, refined, and unencumbered gold bullion on a long-term basis in 1,000 grams London Good Delivery Bars. The fund can also hold 100 or 400 troy ounce international bar sizes. Additionally, the fund may include investments in minor amounts of gold certificates, if any. The funds NAV is set by the LBMA Gold Price, note that any historical or current trends in the price of gold are not a reliable indicator of future movements.
