The fund is an ETF that employs a “passive management” investment approach designed to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the index. The index seeks to generate returns that exceed the broader U.S. equity market over a full economic cycle as measured by the Optimize Broad Market Index, which is also owned and administered by the Sub-Adviser.
