The fund, an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF), invests at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in midcap stocks. Midcap stocks are defined as stocks of companies with market capitalizations between $3 billion and $13 billion that meet the fund's environmental, social and governance (ESG) criteria.
