The investment seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the S&P Kensho Moonshot Index. The fund, under normal circumstances, invests at least 80% of its net assets in the securities that comprise the index. The index measures the performance of the securities of 50 U.S. companies that pursue innovative technologies that have the potential to disrupt existing technologies and/or industries (i.e., moonshot innovators). The fund is non-diversified.
