The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of large-capitalization companies and up to 10% of the fund's total assets in equity securities of foreign issuers, including ADRs and similar investments. It invests principally in equity securities of large-capitalization companies, which the advisor defines as companies with market capitalizations within the range of the S&P 500 Index at the time of purchase.
